Packaging Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach the warehouse and dispatch team; ensure HR policies are followed
• Own good warehouse practice (FSSC 22000) and finished goods stock integrity/counts
• Design and manage OTIF distribution systems for B2C and B2B orders
• Own outbound logistics costs, fleet management and route scheduling
• Set and manage budgets; own stock variance investigation and returns process
• Manage replenishment forecasting and drive monthly fulfilment communication

Requirements:

• 3-year degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
• Minimum 5 years’ dispatch management experience, including warehouse and inventory control
• Minimum 3 years’ route scheduling and 3 years’ costing/budget management experience
• Good warehouse practice/stores and inventory management courses
• Warehouse Management Software & Project Management experience
