How does it Work.

You will have a CIO on speed dial to answer all your questions and support your board with strategic IT planning and business alignment. Your fCIO will work with your finance team to develop and maintain an annual IT budget and provide oversight of IT vendors and review their reporting against service levels, cybersecurity and cost effectiveness. Your fCIO will continuously analyse the IT and Business Operations to identify risks and opportunities. For any identified shortfalls, changes or improvements required to any systems, vendors or services, your CIO will be there to define the requirement, scope the projects and project manage the resulting work and vendors. This would be on a time and materials basis, agreed upfront with the board and show a clear business benefit. The benefits could include cost reductions, improvements in cyber security posture, increases in business productivity or reducing business risk.
