Sandra Nel Coaching

Sandra Nel Coaching supports individuals and organisations through tailor-made personal transformation coaching and workplace wellness programmes. Sandra is a College parent and offers a practical, supportive approach shaped around each client’s needs, goals and circumstances while encouraging meaningful, sustainable change. Through individual coaching and interactive workshops, she helps clients gain clarity, build confidence, strengthen communication and navigate change. Services include burnout awareness and prevention, healthy boundaries, leadership and employee wellbeing support, and values-based goal setting. Coaching is available online and in person, creating space for reflection and intentional action that helps people move forward with purpose and thrive at work and in their personal lives.
