FullProject Manager – Civil Engineer Stack developer

We’re recruiting for a large manufacturing group with multiple factories across Gauteng, looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer to join their Johannesburg head office.

We’re looking for:

• Qualified Civil Engineer
• 10–15 years’ experience managing major CAPEX projects
• Proven end-to-end project delivery – conception through to commissioning
• Strong Built Environment project experience
• Experience managing 10–20 projects annually, with a combined CAPEX budget of approximately R350 million
• Strong strategic capability combined with hands-on project delivery
• Experience working closely with operations teams and external consulting firms

This is a senior strategic role for someone who can manage a substantial project portfolio while remaining close to execution.
